Quality education is considered today as one of the indicators of a high quality of life, a tool of social and cultural harmony. Pedagogical diagnostics as a system of methods and tools creates a basis for identifying difficulties in work, allows to determine strengths and weaknesses of pedagogical activity, to outline optimal ways of further development of students' creative abilities. The management of higher educational institutions, as a problem of improving the quality of education, has not found proper scientific justification on the basis of the implementation of diagnostic methods. Nowadays, project activity is increasingly attracting the attention of domestic teachers as one of the active forms of developing students' cognitive and creative skills, the ability to independently construct their knowledge, navigate in the information space, and think practically. The quality of education is an indicator of the level of knowledge, skills, value attitude to the world, which a student must master. Study of the influence of project activity and pedagogical diagnostics on the level of formation of project culture of future specialists in professional education. In classes on the disciplines: "Professional pedagogy", The proposed projects reflect the pedagogical process. It is worth emphasizing that the implementation of tasks by the project method involves two results: external - one that can be seen, realized, applied in practice to check its functionality, etc., and internal - activity experience - which will become an invaluable asset of the student, having combined knowledge , skills, competencies and values. According to the results of the experimental work, we recorded positive dynamics of cognitive interest in all experimental groups. "Methodology of professional education", "Theory and methodology of project activity" we use specific situations that project situations of the real educational and educational process in educational institutions. The project culture of the future specialist is a complex dynamic formation that involves the presence of a system of professionally significant knowledge, abilities and skills (psychological-pedagogical, professional, methodical), acquired experience and personal qualities (intelligence, erudition, humane character traits), which collectively ensure his effective interaction with students, professional and personal self-development.
