Implementation of the Principle of Justice in Contractual Inheritance Legal Succession

The article is devoted to the study of the implementation of the principle of justice in relation to hereditary succession in inheritance on the basis of the law, the will, including spouses, inheritance contract and subjects of law enforcement of both general rules of inheritance law and its individual institutions — executor, custodian and manager of inheritance, notary and court, as well as in relation to the inheritance itself a contract, which acts as a legal form of inheritance, ensuring compliance with the constitutional balance of private and public interests in this area.
