The article examines the problem of psychological resilience of teachers in the conditions of war. Based on the analysis of scientific works, it is substantiated that resilience is the ability of an individual to face difficult life circumstances and find resources for recovery after a traumatic or stressful event. The main factors affecting the resilience of teachers in war conditions and their negative impact on the teacher are identified, examples of the model of work on the development of resilience are given. The main factors for choosing a resilience development model are highlighted. It was concluded that the resilience of teachers is an important factor that helps them cope with emotional stress, continue to work and provide quality education to their students. This is an important component of ensuring the psychological health of teachers in wartime conditions. The main areas of work with teachers on the development of resilience in war conditions are outlined.
