Dural arteriovenous fistulas (DAVFs) involving superior petrosal sinus (SPS) and superior petrosal vein (SPV) are extremely rare. The pathogenesis of these fistulas remains unclear. We are illustrating 2 cases of DAVFs involving the superior petrosal sinus and veins associated with venous sinus thrombosis with a literature review.
