This work introduces the concept of "Binergy" (Eb) — a new physical quantity representing the energetic potential released during the orchestrated objective reduction (Orch-OR) of the wave function by a conscious observer (Operator). The hypothesis integrates quantum neurobiology (Penrose-Hameroff), the extended Everett concept (Mensky), and the role of the brain's Default Mode Network (DMN). The paper quantifies the interaction between consciousness and matter, proposing that the reduction of DMN resistance allows for enhanced quantum coherence in neuronal microtubules, thereby enabling the modulation of reality probabilities. A practical protocol for experimental verification using Raman/THz spectroscopy is included.
