Abstract

This is a personal research note presenting a structural and temporal reorganization of classical facts about prime numbers. The paper introduces a fixed congruence-based coordinate system (mod 6) in which divisibility constraints appear as periodic recurrences, and shows an exact equivalence between a structural (geometric) description and a discrete temporal (master-clock) description. No new theorems, bounds, or predictive rules are claimed. The contribution is representational and explanatory.
