Abstract

AKORD is the working group on Open Research Data (ORD) topics to the Swiss Library Network for Education and Research (SLiNER), which represents all academic and scientific libraries in Switzerland. This presentation, given at the Swiss Library Conference on October 31, 2025 in Bern, highlights some recent developments in the Swiss research data landscape and reflects on AKORD's against this complex background. In light of future challenges at the higher education policy and financial levels, AKORD continues to adapt its role to ongoing developments and strives to represent the voice of libraries.
