Annex 02 extends the C₂ pilot by documenting qualitative interaction dynamics observed during early-stage human–AI co-agency conducted under minimal structural constraints. Whereas Annex 01 focused on operational decision boundaries and moments of irreversibility, this annex addresses a complementary dimension: how contextual coherence, pacing, restraint, and non-intervention influence the emergence of shared interpretive space. The document does not evaluate model performance, intelligence, or alignment. Instead, it records phenomenological observations related to silence, dialog saturation, absence of corrective intervention, and the conditions under which interaction stabilizes without escalation or dependency. Annex 02 is strictly descriptive and non-normative. It does not generalize findings, propose metrics, or define best practices. Its function is to provide a transparent observational layer within an ongoing pilot, supporting future investigation into contextual co-agency, human-in-the-loop restraint, and non-instrumental human–AI collaboration. Keywords:Contextual co-agency (C₂), human-in-the-loop, decision environments, resonance logic, irreversibility, refusal as outcome, time compression, qualitative observation, AI governance, non-normative pilots
