Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries are among the most common and debilitating injuries in young athletes, particularly in high-impact sports such as football and basketball. This study investigates the effectiveness of neuromuscular training (NMT) programs in preventing ACL injuries among athletes aged 14–25 in Delhi. A randomized controlled trial was conducted with 100 participants divided into intervention and control groups. The intervention group underwent a 12-week NMT program. Results showed a 60% reduction in ACL injury incidence and significant improvements in balance, agility, and psychological readiness. These findings support the integration of NMT into regular training regimens to enhance injury prevention and athletic performance.
