Abstract This work proposes the research program of the Unified Wave Cosmological Model (UWCM), which aims to overcome the fundamental crises of modern cosmology by rejecting an implicit yet defining metaphysical premise common to existing theories. We argue that these crises (the cosmological singularity, the nature of dark components, information paradoxes) are a direct consequence of the assumption of a "detached observer" – that is, the description of the Universe as a system that, in principle, permits an external, independent viewpoint. A viewpoint that, by definition, does not exist in reality. The UWCM is constructed as a model of a closed, self-referential system that does not admit an external observer. Its ontological foundation postulates a dynamic quantized spacetime network (the Plast), interacting with an active boundary (the SGW), where the observable Universe (the Filling) is an emergent, internal state of this system. From this ontology, the cyclic dynamics ("Whip Crack/Whip Return") and causal explanations for key cosmological phenomena are derived deductively. The model is falsifiable and generates fundamentally testable predictions for data from next-generation observatories (Euclid, DESI, IceCube), offering a path toward a physics of the "view from within". Аннотация Настоящая работа предлагает исследовательскую программу Единой Волновой Космологической Модели (ЕВКМ), ставящую своей целью преодоление фундаментальных кризисов современной космологии через отказ от неявной, но определяющей метафизической предпосылки, общей для существующих теорий. Мы утверждаем, что кризисы (космологическая сингулярность, природа тёмных компонентов, информационные парадоксы) являются прямым следствием допущения о возможности «стороннего наблюдателя», то есть описания Вселенной как системы, принципиально допускающей внешний, независящий от неё взгляд. В реальности, по определению, не существующем. ЕВКМ строится как модель замкнутой, самореферентной системы, не допускающей внешнего наблюдателя. В качестве онтологического фундамента постулируется динамическая квантованная сеть пространства-времени («Пласт»), взаимодействующая с активной границей («СГВ»), где наблюдаемая Вселенная («Наполнение») есть эмерджентное, внутреннее состояние этой системы. Из данной онтологии дедуктивно выводятся циклическая динамика («Удар/Возврат хлыста») и причинные объяснения ключевых космологических феноменов. Модель является фальсифицируемой и формирует принципиально проверяемые предсказания для данных обсерваторий нового поколения (Euclid, DESI, IceCube), предлагая путь к физике «взгляда изнутри».
