We read with considerable interest the recent retrospective, multicentre international study published in Clinical and Experimental Dermatology, which reports 36-month drug survival rates for tildrakizumab in 517 adult patients with plaque psoriasis 1. As a monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin (IL)-23, tildrakizumab has well-established short-term efficacy and safety profiles from phase 3 clinical trials 3; however, real-world evidence regarding its long-term retention rate remains limited. This study effectively addresses this critical gap in the literature, with robust and compelling results demonstrating overall drug retention rates of 91.3%, 85.3%, and 82.4% at 12, 24, and 36 months, respectively.
