ABSTRACT In this study, electrospun composite nanofibers based on polyacrylonitrile (PAN) were developed and modified with polypyrrole (PPy) and quantum dots (QDs) to investigate their suitability for energy storage and electronic applications. Three samples PAN/QD (S1), PAN/PPy (S2), and PAN‐PPy/QD (S3) were fabricated and characterized to evaluate their dielectric and electrical properties as functions of frequency and temperature. Morphological analysis confirmed uniform fiber formation with an average diameter size in the range of 274–379 nm. The dielectric measurements demonstrated that the S3 composite nanofiber exhibited the highest dielectric constant and the lowest dielectric loss across all testing conditions, particularly at elevated temperatures. Impedance and electric modulus spectroscopy revealed improved charge mobility and shorter relaxation times in S3, attributed to the synergistic effects of PPy and QD incorporation. These enhancements affirm the potential of PAN‐PPy/QD composite as a high‐performance material for use in advanced dielectric components and flexible energy storage devices.
