This preprint brings together several documents from the URMC series to present a practical framework describing how modern societies pass through structural disruption (“perelom”). The focus is on how technological change, automation, and AI-based coordination create increasing differences between systems that adapt quickly and systems that remain slow and rigid. The work does not discuss specific countries. Instead, it separates systems into two types: those that reorganize around automation, robotics, and memory-based AI, and those that continue operating under industrial-era limitations.This difference gradually leads to long-term economic and cognitive divergence. The preprint includes the core PERELOM text, alignment notes, and the Divergence analysis (2025–2035). Together, these materials form a compact analytical model that describes why some systems accelerate and others fall behind, and what this means for the next decade. The preprint is intended as a working document. It may be updated with additional sections, data, or clarifications as the URMC project develops.
