Background: This study investigated whether CHA2DS2-VASc score is an independent predictor of high thrombus burden and mortality in patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) with Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Material Method: Patients with ACS (n=76) with COVID-19 were included in the study. The patients were grouped into low thrombus burden (LTB) (grades 1–3) and high-thrombus burden (HTB) groups (grades 4 and 5) according to the final thrombus score. CHA2DS2-VASc scores were compared between the two groups. Result: Postpocedural HTB developed in 50 (65.7%) patients. Neutrophile to lymphocyte ratio (6.00 ± 3.73 vs 11.45 ± 10.6), P
