This record constitutes Version 2 (v2) of the Canonical Conditional Unlocking Fields (CUF) Reference Code Library and Measurement Framework. It includes all files from Version 1 (v1) in their original, unmodified form, and adds three new canonical documentstogether with the complete stress-test package and reproducible scripts generated for this release. New material in v2 includes: The CUF Stress Test Suite (adversarial systems, invariance checks, and persistence-cliff scans), Reproducible Python scripts for running the stress tests, Generated plots and summary tables, Supporting documentation describing test scope and interpretation. The combined archive therefore contains: The full CUF reference operator implementation, The canonical measurement library, The original v1 documentation set, Newly added stress-test code, data, and figures validating CUF behavior under adversarial and non-ideal conditions. This release is intended to provide a single, consolidated canonical reference package for: implementing CUF-compliant systems, reproducing published CUF results, performing independent stress testing and falsification attempts. Version 1 remains available as a permanent archival record. This record supersedes v1 and should be cited for the most complete and current canonical implementation.
