This article presents the Introduction and Chapter 1 of NUI — Non Separable Universal Information, a work proposing a new ontology in which reality is understood as an inseparable structure of Information (UI) and Form (UF). NUI describes matter as concentrated Information, light as the boundary between UI and UF, and existence as dependent on the directional flow of Information, ii. The Introduction outlines the need for a new ontology capable of resolving contradictions in modern physics and clarifying the nature of consciousness. Chapter 1 provides the foundational structure of the UI/UF framework, defining Information as the primary level of reality and Form as its concentrated manifestation. Together, these sections establish the conceptual basis for a unified, non separable description of the world that integrates scientific observation with inner experience.
