Eighty‐nine myopic patients. fitted with contact lenses, were studied for myopic change after 34.5 months of contact lens wear. The spectacle blur refraction, compared to the pre‐fitting spectacle Rx was within ± 0.37 D for 76.3% of the patients without visual acuity loss. The contact lens in situ refractions, original and last, yielded similar data.
