This 17-page extension of the ISD/CAPE 54-page framework introduces Cosmic Imprinting as a mechanism for real-time evolutionary optimization. Black holes process information out-of-time, emitting optimized informational strings that micro-imprint biological and cultural systems. The resulting feedback loop accelerates evolution, stabilizes complex systems, and explains persistent cultural archetypes such as Shakespeare’s works. Strong falsifiable predictions are proposed: correlations between gravitational wave mergers and epigenetic/genomic spikes, persistence metrics of memes and archetypes versus random drift, and subtle LIGO phase deviations due to imprint flux. This work fully integrates with ISD/CAPE, preserving the pillars of Consistency, Agency, Persistence, and Evolution.
