Link to the cited article. contained incorrect affiliation details of authors Tim Lewington and David Dobel-Ober.This has now been amended from Research and Innovation, Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Stafford, UK, to Research and Innovation, Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, Stafford, UK.This error was introduced during the article publication process, for which the publisher apologises.
