This monograph presents a unified Quantum-like Wave Information Model (QWIM)of consciousness. We posit that consciousness operates as a two-phase computationaltransducer rather than a classical memory-bound storage system. By replacing standardquantum search algorithms with Resonant Quantum Walks, we resolve the ”Oracle problem” while maintaining an O(√N) evolutionary advantage. The model introduces a biophysical bridge based on Nitrogen-Vacancy (NV) centers, utilizing Controlled StochasticResonance at 369 Hz to overcome the thermal noise limit (kBT). We formalize the nonequilibrium thermodynamics of the state reduction via the Lindblad master equation anddefine a precise trigger for Phase II based on entropy production and Landauer’s principle. Finally, we mathematically model cognitive rigidity through the Quantum Zeno Blockadeand propose an empirically falsifiable signature: quantum beats in the EEG spectrum.
