Abstract

We read with interest the 12-month observational study by Imai et al. 1 regarding CGRP monoclonal antibodies (CGRP-mAbs) in Japanese patients. Although the study provides many valuable real-world data, we would like to raise three specific issues concerning the interpretation and statistical modeling of the data presented, about which more clarification is needed.
