Deep Learning Approaches in Mathematics Curriculum: Pathways Toward Indonesia’s Golden Generation This conference paper was presented at the International Lecturer–Student Multidisciplinary Conference 2025 (ILSMC 2025) held at Universitas Negeri Manado, Tondano, September 11–13, 2025. This literature review explores how deep learning approaches in mathematics curricula contribute to the development of higher-order thinking skills, critical reasoning, creativity, and twenty-first-century competencies aligned with Indonesia’s Vision 2045 (Golden Generation). The study synthesizes pedagogical frameworks, technology-enhanced learning strategies, and national education policies including Kurikulum Merdeka. The findings highlight the importance of integrating conceptual learning, personalized instruction through learning analytics, and curriculum alignment to strengthen mathematics education in Indonesia.
