Central to the entire disciplines of 21st century skills and globalization, intercultural issues contributed to the comprehension of awareness about open perspectives, acceptance of cultural differences and adaptation processes. Alongside with the importance of a holistic point of view about cultural influences, intercultural sensitivity also reveals the stages of consciousness through the lens of individuals. In today’s world, many students seek for opportunities to go abroad with the help of educational purposes. The previously published studies on the Turkish context are not enough or consistent, the study, therefore, attempted to explore the intercultural sensitivity levels of international students both in quantitative and qualitative methods. From an empirical perspective, the findings illustrated the overall convincing open-minded international students, portraying the harmony with Turkish society. Furthermore, with shared ideas and experiences, it was revealed that there appear multiple areas in adaptation and socialization processes. Therefore, this research makes a major contribution to research on intercultural sensitivity and the context relationship by demonstrating likely factors altering the cultural exchanging opportunities.
