Phase-Dependent Scaling in Noisy Dicke Systems: Discovery of the 1.91× Critical Scaling Gap and Parameter-Dependent Fragmentation (v3.0)

This v3. 0 preprint presents high-resolution GPU simulations (N up to 100) of the driven-dissipative Dicke model under controlled dephasing. We map the complete phase diagram and show that collective quantum systems converge to one of two stable topological plateaus: an Upper (coherent) Plateau with near-zero scaling (α ≈ 0) and a Lower (fragmented) Plateau with negative scaling (α ≈ −1. 0 to −1. 58, parameter-dependent). The robust, parameter-insensitive signature is the 1. 91× Critical Scaling Gap — the fixed intensity ratio between the two plateaus at large N. Early single-graph values (e. g. , α = −1. 36) are noted as non-universal artifacts; readers should refer to the full phase diagram. Includes complete QuTiP code, raw intensity data for coherent and fragmented regimes, and OLS regression details. This work establishes the foundational quantum-simulation results used in subsequent papers on the Universal Information Bridge and consciousness applications (Omandac 2026 series).
