Boundcosm introduces a computational measurement standard for reproducible state-space inference in multimodal biological systems. Rather than proposing a new modeling architecture, the framework defines formal constraints on proxy construction, redundancy auditing, surrogate-null testing, anchor requirements, and partial state-vector assembly. The goal is to transform state-space inference from an interpretive modeling exercise into a reproducible measurement process. The public release includes a fully archived reproducibility package with locked preprocessing specifications and analysis scripts corresponding to all empirical examples. The software archive is available at Zenodo under the Boundcosm reproducibility package (v1.1).
