Rural healthcare systems in Uganda face significant challenges in providing consistent quality care due to limited resources and infrastructure. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including quantitative data from clinic records analysed using multilevel logistic regression to measure clinical outcomes across different levels of healthcare delivery (individual, facility, regional). Multilevel regression revealed that individual patient adherence to treatment protocols significantly influenced clinic success rates by a factor of 1. 5 times compared to non-adherent patients. The multilevel regression analysis highlighted the importance of standardised care processes and improved patient education in enhancing clinical outcomes within rural healthcare settings. Implementing structured adherence programmes and expanding community health worker training are recommended to improve clinic efficacy. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
