Digital health literacy among older adults in Nigeria is crucial for effective use of digital health services. A mixed-methods approach involving pre-post surveys and focus group discussions. Users showed an average increase of 56% in digital health literacy skills after the campaign (95% CI: 32-80%). The campaign significantly enhanced users' knowledge and engagement with digital health services. Continue and expand digital health literacy campaigns targeting older adults to improve health outcomes. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
