The healthcare systems in Ghanaian district hospitals are under scrutiny for their ability to deliver consistent clinical outcomes. A Bayesian hierarchical model was employed to analyse data from multiple Ghanaian district hospitals, accounting for variability in patient populations across different regions. The model revealed significant variation in clinical outcome measures between districts, with certain indicators showing improvements over time. The findings underscore the need for targeted interventions and resource allocation to enhance healthcare delivery in specific areas of Ghana. District hospitals should focus on improving outcomes related to surgical procedures and maternal health, guided by local data insights. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
