Community health centers in Tanzania play a crucial role in providing primary healthcare services to rural populations. Panel data analysis was conducted using econometric techniques, including stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) with robust standard errors. The analysis revealed that average efficiency scores across all centers were above 80%, indicating good performance despite variability among facilities. Efficiency gains can be achieved by optimising resource allocation and enhancing service delivery protocols. Focus on training healthcare staff, improving infrastructure, and implementing telemedicine solutions to further enhance service quality. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
