This preprint presents a computational pipeline for quantitative analysis of iris pigment architecture in two human subjects using fractal geometry, nevi morphological characterization, and pigment distribution mapping. SUBJECT A: Brown iris. 10 nevi detected. Mean fractal dimension D=1.622 ± 0.121. Pigment coverage 75.1%. Two nevi above vigilance threshold D>1.7. SUBJECT B/OL: Green-hazel iris with sectorial heterochromia. 2 dominant nevi. Mean D=1.574 ± 0.132. Pigment coverage 71.7%. Infero-nasal pigment clustering pattern. METHODS: Hough circle segmentation, adaptive thresholding, box-counting fractal dimension, HSV pigment quantification, polar angular distribution analysis. NEXT VERSION (v3): Will add golden angle organization analysis (Auric Index A) connecting this work to the author's prior phyllotaxis research (Zenodo 18760369). Code and anonymized visual outputs only. No raw photographs included. Related: https://argiraacoustics.netlify.app/
