The Structural Origin of Reality (SOR) formalises systems as configuration spaces with symmetry actions and shows that every admissible constraint is a strict subgroup reduction producing orbit refinement and new observable distinctions. It defines an amplification functional and establishes structural theorems on interaction, interference, curvature, and aggregation, culminating in a trichotomy of universality classes determined by the extremal constraint exponent. The framework is domain-agnostic, with applications ranging from pattern formation and learning landscapes to constraint networks and epistemic structure.
