Successful treatment of ruptured pseudo-splenic artery aneurysm with endovascular treatment in a hemodynamically stable patient: a case report
Key Points
This case report aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of endovascular treatment for a ruptured pseudo-splenic artery aneurysm in a stable patient.
Endovascular embolization was performed due to the ruptured aneurysm.
Continuous monitoring of hemodynamic status was conducted to ensure stability.
Immediate treatment was initiated upon diagnosis.
Successful embolization of the ruptured aneurysm was achieved.
The patient remained hemodynamically stable throughout the procedure.
No immediate post-operative complications were reported.
Abstract
Endovascular embolization can be an effective, minimally invasive option for ruptured pseudo-splenic artery aneurysm when hemodynamics remain stable and treatment is promptly available.
