Early detection and treatment monitoring are crucial to improve clinical outcomes in lung cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) has rapidly emerged as a promising non-invasive tool, yet clinically validated biomarkers with high specificity and sensitivity remain limited. This study aimed to develop and validate a digital PCR-based liquid biopsy assay using novel DNA methylation biomarkers for lung cancer detection and disease monitoring.
