While functional lung delineation provides an alternative in dosimetry, conventional V20 is a robust predictor of RP. Optimization of dosimetric constraints, in an effort to reduce pulmonary toxicity in MPM patients, should be further combined with advanced radiotherapy techniques and biomarkers.
