A 60-year-old woman presented with a widespread, progressive, pruritic rash, which had been present for the past 4 months. The rash was initially localized to her inner thighs but progressed to affect her torso. She reported significant pruritus and discomfort. She had a poor response to 4 weeks of treatment with topical terbinafine and topical methylprednisolone aceponate 0.1% twice daily.
