This research presents a novel philosophical and physical framework that challenges traditional perceptions of human agency and temporal existence. The study posits that human capacity is not an inherent property but a "contingent functional state" or a "borrowed existential loan," where the natural baseline of the human condition is defined as "inherent incapacity" (The Ontology of the Corpse). Central to this thesis is the "Syberntabil Proof," a conceptual demonstration of the "created nature" of truth, arguing that human consciousness is bounded by a pre-selected spectrum of existential possibilities. The paper culminates in the proposal of a new geometric model of time: "Frequency-Based Chronometry." This model reinterprets the subjective dilation of time not as a psychological illusion, but as a mechanical result of the increased frequency of the "Stochastic Consciousness Path" oscillating around a fixed, linear temporal axis. By bridging the gap between metaphysical inquiry and theoretical modeling, this work offers a transformative understanding of "Existential Inadvertence" and the "Ontological Shock" associated with the completion of consciousness.
