This work proposes a unified, field-theoretical reinterpretation of gravity, dark matter, and dark energy. Physical space is described as an active, continuous medium composed of dynamically structured quantum foam states. Radiation appears as free field motion, dark matter effects as persistent field tension, and dark energy as large-scale field relaxation. Without introducing new particles or replacing established equations, the framework reinterprets galaxy dynamics, gravitational lensing, cosmic structure, and redshift within a single ontological model of space as a physical medium. The text is conceptual and exploratory, offering a testable alternative perspective on the nature of space, matter, and cosmic structure.
