This paper discusses the innovative approaches to teaching entrepreneurship that have been embraced by Napier University’s Centre for Entrepreneurship to support effective entrepreneurial learning. The paper highlights the need for entrepreneurship teaching to support ‘whole-brain’ thinking (Bragg, 2005) and how this can be achieved through a variety of modules and business support opportunities. The paper discusses four of the Centre for Entrepreneurship’s modules and pinpoints the way each of them embrace innovative approaches to support effective entrepreneurial learning. Feedback from students on these modules is discussed and other potential ways to further enhance the entrepreneurial learning experience of students, as suggested by the students themselves, is presented.
