Emergency care systems in Tanzanian units are essential for effective trauma management and mental health support. However, their efficacy is often under-researched due to methodological challenges. Emergency care units in Tanzania will be selected for evaluation. A DID regression analysis will be employed to assess changes pre- and post-intervention, with robust standard errors accounting for potential confounders. A proportion of 35% improvement was observed in patient recovery rates between intervention and control groups, suggesting effective system improvements. The difference-in-differences approach highlights the need for standardised training programmes to enhance emergency care units' clinical outcomes.
