This study analyzes the trend-driven and budget-friendly fashion offerings for men, women, and kids at Zudio, focusing on how the brand combines contemporary styles with affordable pricing to meet the needs of price-sensitive consumers. The research examines customer preferences, buying behaviour, product variety, pricing strategy, and overall satisfaction to understand the brand’s market positioning in the value-fashion segment. Based on primary data collected through questionnaires and secondary sources such as industry reports, the study evaluates how effectively the company maintains a balance between trend responsiveness and cost efficiency. The findings highlight that affordable pricing, regular introduction of new designs, and a wide range of products across different age groups contribute significantly to customer attraction and retention in the competitive fashion retail market
