By establishing a mathematical baseline (R²=1. 0) and applying a Z-score filtering framework, the study identifies high-sigma outliers, including an 11. 41-sigma Alpha candidate (J0952-0607). The Results demonstrate a scalable, automated framework for prioritizing relativistic targets in large-scale astrophysical datbases like the Square Kilometre Array (SKA).
