Abstract

Cancer Immunotherapy A mannose-modified cationic liposome (cLipo)-based mRNA therapeutic (cLipo-Man/mTEM8) was developed for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) immunotherapy. It targets dendritic cells to boost T cell responses and release cytokines, which leads to tumor suppression.
