Innovative teaching methods are essential for fostering dynamic and practical learning experiences in modern education. Peer interaction and gamification have emerged as effective approaches to enhance student engagement, colloboration, and motivation. This study investigated the impact of using a peer mentoring platform, Den Sync incorporating a gamification feature called Dentist, on undergraduate dental students knowledge acquisition and engagement. The study involved 142 first and second year BDS students from Nandha dental college and Hospital, conducted between march and april 2024. Statistical analysis revealed a significant improvement in students post test scores compared to pre test scores.
