Theoretical evaluation of off-grid communities systems in Ethiopia is an underexplored area within environmental science. A mixed-methods approach combining quantitative econometric analysis with qualitative case studies will be employed to estimate the effectiveness of solar power systems in mitigating risks associated with energy access. This study underscores the importance of systematic evaluation for off-grid communities systems to enhance their efficacy in reducing environmental risks. Policy recommendations include prioritising investments in system upgrades and expanding access to solar power technology across rural areas in Ethiopia. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
