Abstract: This paper explores the role of yoga in achieving work-life balance and enhancing the overall quality of life. The research highlights how yoga's physical, mental, and emotional benefits can reduce stress, improve productivity, and promote holistic well-being. It examines various yoga practices, such as asana, pranayama, and meditation, and their application in managing work-related pressures. By analyzing existing literature, case studies, and scientific findings, this paper concludes that integrating yoga into daily routines can lead to significant improvements in both personal and professional spheres of life. Today’s competitive work environment, many individuals struggle with finding time for personal life. This imbalance leads to physical and mental health issues such as stress, burnout, anxiety, and poor physical health.
