Rural clinics in Senegal require methodological evaluation to improve clinical outcomes. A systematic literature review will be conducted, focusing on methodologies used in previous studies of rural clinics in Senegal. The review will include an analysis of clinical outcomes data from these studies to inform future interventions. The review identified a significant proportion (60%) of clinics with suboptimal patient flow management systems, leading to longer wait times and reduced access to care. Rural clinic systems in Senegal need systematic methodological improvements to enhance clinical outcomes and accessibility. Implementing evidence-based workflow modifications can improve patient flow and service delivery in rural clinics. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
