Community-based maternal healthcare programmes in rural Ethiopian villages have emerged as a critical strategy to address maternal health disparities. This study will employ a longitudinal data analysis approach to assess the efficacy of these programmes, incorporating qualitative insights from community members and healthcare providers. The theoretical model underscores the importance of sustained engagement and community participation for achieving optimal maternal health outcomes through these programmes. Future research should focus on scaling up evidence-based interventions and strengthening healthcare infrastructure to ensure long-term sustainability of such initiatives.
