Eco-friendly school construction projects have been gaining attention in rural areas of Ethiopia as a means to enhance both environmental sustainability and educational quality. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative interviews with quantitative data analysis to assess project outcomes and stakeholder perspectives. The implementation of eco-friendly school construction projects in rural Ethiopia demonstrated promising results, highlighting their potential as a model for sustainable development initiatives. Further research should explore scaling up these projects to larger schools and districts, with particular focus on the economic viability and long-term maintenance costs.
