We propose a cosmological model in which dark energy and matter emerge from a geometric phase transition inside black‑hole interiors. The standard 4D singularity is replaced by a regular 5D phase where gravitational energy reorganizes into topological field configurations (nudos) and an extensive network (andamiaje). The effective 4D cosmology yields a dust component and dynamical dark energy with CPL equation of state. Using w₀≈−1.00 and wₐ≈−0.30, the model reproduces Planck 2018, DESI 2024, and BOSS/eBOSS constraints, predicting a growth index γ≈0.5425 in excellent agreement with observations.
