This study challenges the classical assumption of spacetime as a smooth manifold by proposing a discrete lattice structure with a resolution of 3. 84 x 10^-10 m. Through the concept of the "Field Sea", the model posits that Dark Matter represents the intrinsic mass density of spacetime itself, while quantum uncertainty is an illusion arising from a deterministic mechanism within this lattice. The -52. 490 ms anomalous dispersion observed in LIGO data serves as empirical evidence for this structure.
